How do I hang my wall art kit?

Hang your wall art kit using the fasteners and magnets provided with your kit.

If you plan to hang your kit horizontally, we recommend using typical stud spacing increments of 16" to anchor your magnets on the horizontal. You will need to use 2 magnets for larger pieces.

If you plan to hang your kit vertically, we recommend locating a stud, and then using 12" spacing increments to anchor your magnets on the vertical. You will need to use 2 magnets for larger pieces.

**After installation of magnets, place protective sticker on top of magnets before popping on the wall art pieces! This will prevent scratching :)

What is your shipping policy?

Currently we offer shipping in the US via UPS Ground. If you require special or expedited shipping, please email us at info@artishstudio.com. For local orders, you can choose the Pickup Option to waive the shipping fee and personally pick up your order.

 

What is your return policy?

Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Artish Studio, LLC does not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect or shipping error. Orders may be changed or cancelled with approval, prior to shipment.

In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing please email us within 7 days at info@artishstudio.com with your order customer information.

Return shipping charges + 20% restocking fee apply for ALL returns and exchanges and are the customers responsibility no matter what the reason for the return. Artish Studio employees will inspect the product before refund is issued.

 

What is your warranty?

Artish Studio LLC guarantees that all products sold from our facilities are free from manufacturing faults and defects at the point of original delivery. We guarantee the materials used to construct our products for a period of 1 year from that date. In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy.

It should also be noted that the warranty does NOT cover:

- Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors.

- Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods.

- Changes caused by normal wear and tear.

- Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance.

ANY DEFECTS MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY WITH SUPPORTING PHOTOS.

 

What is the lead time for making and shipping Artish products?

Because our products are hand-made AND made-to-order, you can expect your product to ship within 4-6 weeks after placing your order.

 

Are custom colors available?

At this time, custom colors are available for mass orders only. Email us at info@artishstudio.com. 

 

How often will you be coming out with new Artish products?

Our design and experimentation process is continual. You can expect to see new products from us every 2-3 months.
